Use the WordPress Easy Optins Plugin to create Squeeze, Thank You, and OTO (One Time Offer) pages. The squeeze page can send contact information to AWeber or iContact. It is not compatible wit GetResponse. The plugin comes with three products to give away or use as part of an OTO.
